Useful correction format
A good correction has three parts: what the page currently says, what it should say and where the better fact comes from. If the fact is inside the game, include the mode, screen and exact wording. If the fact is online, include the official URL.
For regional title or language corrections, include the storefront country and the visible title. That helps avoid mixing North American, PAL and East Asian naming systems.
