Platform fact sheet

The game is a Nintendo Switch title with published Switch 2 compatibility. Nintendo US describes Switch 2 behavior as consistent with Nintendo Switch, which is the key distinction: the product is not listed as a separate Switch 2 edition on the US page, but Nintendo gives Switch 2 owners compatibility guidance.
The official US page also lists a 3.2 GB game file size for Nintendo Switch and Nintendo Switch 2, one to four players on one system, Save Data Cloud support through Nintendo Switch Online and the ESRB rating Mild Fantasy Violence.
For buyers, the practical platform question is not whether there is a different edition. It is whether the game runs on the system they plan to use, whether local players have enough controllers and whether storage is ready before a group session.

Regional names

Use the local title when searching store pages, videos or guides in another region. The series has a long history of Heaven and Paradise naming differences, and Groove continues that split. This site keeps the North American title for domain consistency, but the SEO matrix records regional names for future translations.
The localized Miracle Stars title appears in Japanese and East Asian regional materials. Taiwan and Hong Kong formatting differs slightly, so future non-English pages should lock the storefront title for each target region instead of forcing one Chinese spelling everywhere.
This matters for internal links too. A future Spanish page for North America may reasonably use Rhythm Heaven Groove, while a Spain-focused page may prefer Rhythm Paradise Groove. The route can stay stable while the title string follows the local search habit.
| Region | Title |
|---|---|
| United States and North America | Rhythm Heaven Groove |
| United Kingdom, Europe and Australia | Rhythm Paradise Groove |
| Japan | リズム天国 ミラクルスターズ |
| Taiwan | 節奏天國 奇蹟之星 |
| Hong Kong | 節奏天國奇蹟之星 |
| Korea | 리듬 천국 미라클 스타즈 |
Supported languages

Nintendo US lists Japanese, British English, French, German, Italian, Spanish, Korean, Dutch, Simplified Chinese, Latin American Spanish, Canadian French, Traditional Chinese and American English. Nintendo UK summarizes the language set as Japanese, English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Korean and Chinese.
The wiki translation plan should follow player demand, not the store list alone. English, Japanese, Korean, Spanish, French and Chinese are the safest early content priorities because they align with official language support and visible regional naming.
Languages outside the official software list can still deserve landing pages if search demand appears. Those pages should keep game titles in official form, translate surrounding guide text and avoid inventing localized names for modes that Nintendo has not named in that language.
Before publishing translated pages, run title checks against the matching regional storefront or Nintendo channel. The cost of one wrong game title is higher than the cost of leaving a page in English for another pass.
